Terms & Conditions
Non-Refundable Bookings:
All trips are non-refundable once booked, as Hettie’s Holidays pays for travel arrangements immediately and upfront.
Personal Belongings:
Hettie’s Holidays is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal possessions during the trip.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is not included in the cost of the trip. If you wish to have coverage, please obtain your own travel insurance independently.
Third-Party Providers & ATOL Protection:
As travel arrangements are booked through third-party providers, any delays or cancellations related to transport are outside of Hettie’s Holidays’ control. However, Hettie’s Holidays is ATOL protected, and any compensation received from third parties will be distributed accordingly. All relevant third-party procedures will be followed.
Trip Group Chat:
A WhatsApp group chat will be created 7 days before departure (or 30 days before for longer trips). This will be used to share final details - including important things like outfits!
Travel Coordination:
All travel aspects of the trip are managed by Hettie’s Holidays. Tickets and/or boarding passes will be shared in the WhatsApp group chat when online check-in opens - typically 24 hours prior to departure, in line with airline policies.
Extended Stays:
If you choose to extend your stay at the destination, this is entirely at your own risk. Hettie’s Holidays is not responsible for any return tickets, flights, or accommodation outside the agreed itinerary.
